🕒 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please create a parcel opening video and send us via whatsapp or email mentioning your order id showing wrong or defect product.

 

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

🔁 Exchanges

  • You can exchange for a different size or product of equal value.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

🚚 Process

  1. Email us at support@crazyfashion.shop or message us on WhatsApp.

  2. Our team will verify and share a return pickup or drop-off option.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement or refund (as applicable) will be issued.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product verification.

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Customized or altered garments.

  • Accessories and innerwear.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our policy terms.
